Led by former CQC Inspector Danni, the Hub focuses on practical governance, sustainable oversight systems, inspection readiness, and supportive professional guidance designed for the realities of adult social care services.

Services available through The Governance Hub include governance memberships, audit tools, policy and registration bundles, mock inspections, governance reviews, inspection readiness support, and 1:1 leadership and governance sessions designed to support providers, Registered Managers, Nominated Individuals, and adult social care leaders at different stages of their journey.

For founders setting up a new regulated service. Covers mentoring sessions, review of registration documents, support building your operations blueprint, and governance guidance from the very start, including how to evidence independent oversight if you're holding both the Registered Manager and Nominated Individual roles.

£895 Governance Assurance Partner:

Ongoing independent governance oversight for an established single-site service. Includes monthly tracker review, Registered Manager supervision, a consolidated governance report, and quarterly on-site visits.

£95 for a single supervision session, or £360 for a block for four:

A dedicated 60-minute session for Registered Managers and Nominated Individuals needing structured, one-to-one supervision and accountability.

Governance Power Hour

A dedicated 1:1 support session focused on governance systems, inspection readiness, leadership challenges, compliance priorities, or service improvement planning.
