I’m Danni, founder of The Governance Hub and a former CQC Inspector with leadership experience across adult social care.

 

Over the years, I’ve supported services at many different stages of their journey, from strong, well-led organisations to services facing significant operational and regulatory pressures. That experience gave me a real insight into the challenges leaders face behind the scenes.

 

I created The Governance Hub after seeing how isolating leadership roles in social care can feel. Registered Managers, Nominated Individuals, and providers are often expected to make complex decisions, manage risk, maintain oversight, and evidence good governance, often without consistent support or space to reflect.

 

My approach is calm, practical, and straight-talking. I focus on what really matters, what regulators are actually looking for, and how governance can be embedded in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and usable in day-to-day practice.

 

The Governance Hub was built to create the kind of support I believe the sector genuinely needs. Practical guidance, honest conversations, strong governance systems, and a professional community where leaders feel supported rather than judged.
