Danni Kisielewicz
I’m Danni, the founder of The Governance Hub.
I’m a former CQC Inspector with leadership experience across adult social care, supporting
services at different stages of their regulatory journey, from strong, well-led organisations to those under significant pressure.
I created The Governance Hub after seeing how isolating leadership roles can feel. Registered Managers and senior leaders are often expected to make complex decisions,
carry accountability, and evidence good practice, without consistent space to reflect or be
supported.
My approach is calm, practical, and straight-talking. I focus on what really matters, what
regulators are actually looking for, and how governance can be embedded in a way that is
sustainable and realistic.
The Governance Hub exists to support leaders not just to meet expectations, but to feel more confident, supported, and less alone in the responsibility they carry.
